Terms and conditions If a booking is cancelled and the place cannot be filled, the following charges will apply: within four weeks of the event: 75% of the fee within two weeks of the event: 90% of the fee Joining Instructions Joining instructions, including map and programme, will be sent ten working days in advance of the event.
